I am a 1993 graduate of Livingston University (now - The University of West Alabama), Livingston, Alabama.  My certification includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education.

I began my teaching career in Selma, Alabama at Valley Grande Elementary School (second grade teacher). 

I taught in Montgomery, Alabama from 1995-2001 as a third grade teacher at Bellingrath Jr. High, Harrison Elementary, and Fews Elementary Schools. 

I have been teaching 3rd grade at Greenwood Elementary since 2003.

2 beautiful daughters - Faith and Paige.
